Chapter 14 unveils a vision of how the Lamb and his angels, and therefore, the church, respond to the beasts of coercive political empires and deceptive civil religion.  Digging into this passage is particularly relevant this week as we lament over racism and hatred in the world.  This sermon seeks to be a prophetic voice in midst of violence and hatred.
