Online Giving
There are two ways to give online. Choose one option below:
1. Log in to NewCity (CCB) and Give Via Checking Account or Credit/Debit Card
This is our preferred method. This can be for one time giving or for recurring giving.
2. One-Time Giving Via Credit/Debit Card
This is for givers who desire to give via credit/debit card without logging in to NewCity account.
How do I get my Giving Statement?
To get your Giving Statement, please click HERE and click “Giving Statement.” Make sure you set the date range to “Last Year” and click on “Run Report.” That’s it. If you don’t have your login information, please click on “Forgot user ID or password” or “Sign Up.”
If you prefer to have us email or mail you your Giving Statement, or if there are any errors in the Giving Statement, please email our treasurers at treasurer@newcitychurchla.com. If you gave your offering in cash anonymously, your Giving Statement will not reflect your giving.
FAQs
Does it matter whether I give online via my checking account or my credit/debit card?
Yes! If you can, please use your checking account to give. The transaction cost for us to receive a checking account donation is 29 cents per transaction regardless of the amount. The transaction cost for us to receive your credit/debit card donation is between 2%-3.5% of the donation depending on the credit card you use. If you use a debit card, the fees are cheaper than using a credit card but still more than giving through your checking account.
Where do I get the login information for NewCity (CCB)?
Please click the LOGIN. The login information will be emailed to you.
Why should I create recurring giving online?
- You are taking a step of faith – When you sign up to give electronically, you are deciding in advance to faithfully give.
- You are becoming intentional about your giving – Your giving is based on a prayerful decision.
- You will simplify your life – You won’t have to remember whether you gave this month or need to send in an offering by mail when you are away on a trip.
- Online Giving provides you the ability to give whenever and from wherever you want. You can start, change, or stop anytime.
How can I change my recurring giving setting?
You can stop, change, restart recurring giving any time. Please login to NewCity CCB (Church Community Builder). On the login page, if you don’t have a username and/or password, please click sign “Sign Up” or “Forgot User Name or Password.” Then, click your picture (upper right of your screen) by your name, find on the Financial box, and you can make the changes by clicking on the three dots next to the word, Financial.

How can I donate for parking validations?
Just give as if you are giving online and choose “Donation for Parking Validation” when you give.
How can I give in person?
You can drop off your offering in the offering box during the worship service. We have a secured offering box.
Can I donate securities (stocks/bonds/mutual funds) to the church?
Yes. Doing so may save you money and benefit the church at the same time. You can get a tax deduction for the full appreciated value of your securities at the time of the donation and the church does not pay capital gains taxes upon sale of the securities. The church has a brokerage account to receive securities donation. To transfer securities to the church, please email treasurer@newcitychurchla.com for instructions.
