When Joshua was about the cross the Jordan River to get to the Promised Land, they took the Ark of the Covenant (which represented God's presence) and took a step of faith into the water. Then, the river stopped flowing. In the same way, God is calling us to take a step of faith into the city and bring God's presence. And the darkness of the city will be overcome by light.
