This sermon gives some of the keys to understanding Revelation.  In addition, it digs into the message to the church in Ephesus.  This was a church that was "energetic in their service, patient in their suffering, orthodox in their faith," but they left their first love.  The minority view sees this love primarily as the first passion we experience in our relationship with God, but the majority view sees this love as love for one another they experienced in the beginning of the church.   Somehow, the disagreement regarding theology and defending themselves from the wrong teachings caused them to lose their first love.  We are called to go back that love that embraces one another.
